**Bank Holidays are charged at weekend rates. *Additional £50.00 will apply if test date is a weekend.
Test Day Fee - this includes 1 full hour session directly before the test. Use of instructor car for test purposes, with the instructor ensuring the car meets all the legal requirements (MOT, Tax, Insured) and instructor takes pupil home after the test.

Terms and conditions
Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of SGE Driving School. By booking lessons with us, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all our students.
Rescheduling or Cancelling sessions:
All lessons have notice periods if requesting to reschedule or cancel. The notice periods are as follows:
Weekly Lessons (single/double) = minimum 24 hours.
Intensive Courses = minimum 2 weeks.
Test Days & Motorway Courses = minimum 3 days.
If notice is received within the given period for the session/course, full payment will be required.
Blocks of Lessons:
All blocks of lessons have validation periods. All sessions must be completed within the validity period for each block. Any sessions remaining outside of these periods will not be refunded. Validation periods for each block are:
10 Sessions = 6 months. 20 Sessions = 6 months.
30 Sessions = 8 months. Full test Package = 12 months.
Payments:
Payments must be made prior to the session start time.
Intensive Courses will require payment 1 week prior to the start of the course.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, online or by card*. (*Fees apply).
Sessions and/or payments cannot be sold or transferred to other people.

Attending Lessons:
You must bring a valid provisional or full UK licence to your first session. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being terminated without refund.
An eyesight check will be conducted during the first session prior to any driving. You must be able to read a standard number plate at a minimum of 22 metres. If you are unable to pass this check, the session may be terminated without refund. This check is also carried out on the day of your practical driving test by the examiner.
You must attend your lesson wearing appropriate footwear. This should be a solid shoe or something with backing that can't slip off easily.
Please (where possible) avoid bringing unnecessary items with you to your lessons (i.e. headphones, bags, purses/wallets, tablets/laptops). I will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items or property bought along to lessons.
I reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if I suspect you may be unfit to drive due to illness, medication, alcohol or drugs.
I will not be held responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to cancellation of a lesson through driving instructor illness or vehicle breakdown.
Intensive Courses:
Pupils are required to complete 8-10 hours of regular lessons prior to embarking on an intensive course.
Intensive Courses are designed to be a fast track alternative to weekly lessons therefore are required to be on as many consecutive days as possible. There should be no more than 2 days break between learning days.
Motorway Course:
Pupils must be confident driving on dual carriageways prior to attending this course. Comfortable with speeds up to 50mph and the use of 5th gear. Please book standard lessons to complete this if not already practiced it.
Sessions cannot be extended or refunded due to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather or traffic conditions.
